The Postgraduate Program in Mechanical Engineering at Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta (UMS) proudly announces that Prof. Ir. Waluyo Adi Siswanto, M.Sc., Ph.D., IPM has been awarded research funding under the Applied Research Scheme – Prototype Output (Penelitian Terapan – Luaran Prototipe) for the 2026 fiscal year. The grant was conferred by the Directorate of Research and Community Service (DPPM) under the Ministry of Higher Education, Research, and Technology (Kemdiktisaintek).
Prof. Waluyo’s project was selected for its strong potential to deliver innovative engineering solutions with direct industrial and societal impact. The Applied Research Scheme emphasizes practical outcomes, encouraging researchers to produce prototypes that can be further developed into technologies supporting national progress.
